I also serve as a trainer for organizational Clinical Philosophy modules to nearly 600 employees: Attachment (module 3), Systems (module 4) and a trainer of two organizational leadership modules to mid-level management: Juggling Multiple Priorities and Art & Science of Communication.In this role I oversee the tuition assistance program with a budget of lead the curriculum design and editing process, and assist with the training needs assessment and analysis. Providing quarterly training reports assist with maintaining 85% training compliance for the agency. I also manage 10 employee trainers which include hosting annual train-the-trainer sessions, ensuring trainers are scheduled for appropriate training\'s, evaluating and providing feedback on trainer’s performance.
