Leads successful implementation of Nike/business global initiatives and human resource processes; provides tools, advice, and information to support effective execution. Lead the strategy around developing and/or implementing DEI, employee engagement, talent, organizational design, among other Global human resource priorities. Provide guidance to managers to expand their people leadership capabilities in the areas of coaching, employee relations, career development, etc. to increase productivity and retention.
