In previous roles, I managed global applications, enterprise messaging, and support operations for General Motors where I led as many as 15 domestic/offshore staff, supported as many as 27 applications, and oversaw all application support, licensing, knowledge management and business continuity planning.    Following the creation of Veralto as a new and wholly separate corporate entity, took over leadership of all global IT and engineering support for their corporate operations along with 14 international operating companies (OpCos). Supported the spin-off and ongoing corporate M&A activity, took over all budgeting and procurement, and driving installation of new operating standards and automation. Lead a team of 5 architects and engineers, 3 contractors and Help Desk Manager supporting the provision of Identity & Directories, Messaging, Unified Communications, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Automation• Completed the knowledge transfer and migration of PC, MC and WQ platforms from Danaher to Veralto tenant in just under 4 weeks as part of the accelerate divestiture from Danaher, • Lead the Global Shared Services Collaboration Team tasked with supporting and standardizing solutions across all global operations and OpCos• Supported Veralto’s $350M acquisition of TraceGains, migrating the company into Veralto Microsoft tenant • Flew to India to ramp-up the 24/7 offshore Service Desk that supports 300+ corporate associates and OpCos – while in India, visited OpCos and hosted a summit at Zensar Technologies • Reduced operating costs by consolidating TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) from 10 down to 3
