Process loan applications and complete manual underwrite for various loan products including auto loans, personal loans, home equity loans & lines of credit, and credit cards• Educate members on banking products & services according to the individual\'s or family\'s short-term needs & long-term goals• Provide exemplary customer service in person, over the phone and through web chat, helping to conduct various transactions and to troubleshoot everything from online banking issues to fraudulent transactions and disputes.• Assist with account opening and maintenance for checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, trust accounts, and IRAs. • Manage cashflow of the branch including buying from and selling money to the Federal Reserve, monitoring cash levels in branch’s cash recyclers, vault balancing in excess of $200k, and submitting the daily cash report to accounting for final balancing• Train new hires on credit union protocols• Write procedures for credit union teller transactions and more complex platform duties• Process Mobile Deposits submitted by members through the Vertifi remote deposit platform• Assist members with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and the purchase of monetary instruments such as cashier’s checks and money orders.
