ABOUT CHENAI KADUNGURE
Chenai is a Pan-Africanist Equity champion with experience leading impactful programs and projects in Africa, the Caribbean and North America. Prior to her role as the Executive Director of the Black Physicians\' Association of Ontario (BPAO) she worked for organisations like Black Youth Success, Skills for Change and CARE Canada. She sits on several boards and advisory councils including the Meta Centre, BORN Ontario and the United Nations.She is a Zimbabwean Canadian who thinks global and acts local by staying connected to global affairs as an Aga Khan Global Leader, Ambassador for STEM Womens\' Congress, WCW and a G100 Canada Country Chair. A proud Rotarian and founding member of the Global Partners in Peace. Voted one of Canada\'s Top 100 Black Women to Watch, she received two Gold Women Changing the World Leadership Awards from The Duchess of York, is a Globant Inspiring Leader nominee, WXN Top 100 nominee and received an RBC and Global News Hometown Hero recognition. She emceed the first Black History Month event at Queens Park, and is an energetic motivational speaker and keynote.
