Driving sustainable innovation as a Process and Energy Engineer with 4+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, decarbonization strategy, and process optimization across the Life Sciences, Chemical, and Energy sectors.I help companies reduce environmental impact and operational costs by improving process efficiency, eliminating bottlenecks, scaling operations with cost-effective technologies, and implementing cleaner, energy-efficient systems.Through process intensification, internal solvent recovery, CO₂ capture, renewable energy integration, and data-driven LCA modeling, I bridge the gap between engineering innovation and practical sustainability.Selected Achievements:1. Sanofi – Developed and validated LCA models for solvent recovery using Eddi, SimaPro, and Activity Browser, achieving up to 70% CO₂e reduction per kg of solvent.Created a decarbonization roadmap for solvent use, integrating the HSE Solvent Guide, global recycling KPIs, LCA insights, and eco-design levers into Techno-Standards for Filling, Bioreactors, and Centrifugation.2. Veolia – Led the development of a decarbonization toolkit for implementing 5th Generation District Heating and Cooling (5GDHC) systems across Europe, improving efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of urban infrastructure.3. Cipla & Ipca Labs – Scaled up API production from lab to commercial scale, enhancing yields and resolving GMP deviations.Improved process efficiency, eliminated bottlenecks, and implemented cost-effective, energy-saving systems.4.
