About Chema Garcia Riera
Graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo, Spain, in 1998. After 3 years in the Spanish Army, I started my career in Sales and Marketing. Working first in Spain and later acquired a Master in Strategic Marketing and Business Strategy from ESADE Business School, Barcelona.Worked for German industrial automatian manufacturer and Temper Group before founding KPS in 2012, later co-founding MGL Group in 2018. That same year, I was appointed Managing Director of the joint venture Power Probe Tek, and in 2019, I became Group CEO of MGL Group. Following MGL’s acquisition of Power Probe in 2020 and its spin-off in 2024, I currently serve as CEO of Power Probe.
