About Chelsy Fields

A 2015 graduate of DePauw University with a passion for science, healthcare, data analysis and management, and nonprofit operations. She is currently using her talents as the Senior Development Officer, Data Management to help LISC\'s National Development Team achieve their fundraising goals. In her role, she trains users in Salesforce, recommends system enhancements to increase efficiencies, a leverages data to drive both local and national fundraising strategy. Chelsy enjoys working in the nonprofit sector as she believes all individuals in her community should have their basic needs met and should be given opportunities to achieve their potential. Chelsy is also passionate about ensuring all individuals have access to quality and affordable healthcare and believes access to healthcare is a basic human right. Professionally, Chelsy enjoys using data strategically and refining processes to maximize organizational efficiency and success. In her free time, you can find Chelsy volunteering with her alma mater, spoiling her two dogs, or reading while drinking a good brew from one of Indy\'s locally owned coffee shops.
