As Project and Content Manager at Fireproof, I build and maintain the business processes that support our mission to help people recover from burnout and build sustainable wellbeing. I lead the development, scripting, recording, and editing of our podcast content, and design and publish social media content that connects with our community.Key responsibilities: • Develop, script, record, and edit podcast episodes aligned with Fireproof’s mission and voice. • Design and publish engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. • Maintain and expand Fireproof’s website using WordPress. • Collaborate with the CEO to design and launch a coaching cohort program. • Plan and co-host an in-person wellbeing retreat. • Create and maintain project plans, workplans, and strategy documentation to keep initiatives on track.
