I started my career in occupational therapy because I wanted to help people get back to the lives they loved. What I discovered along the way was that the most powerful part of the work was never just the clinical intervention. It was the relationship.Over the past decade, I have worked with hundreds of patients and families across acute care, rehabilitation, education, and long-term therapy settings partnering with physicians, case managers, payers, and caregivers to design individualized care plans, manage complex transitions, and drive measurable functional outcomes. I have been doing the work of customer success since before I knew the term for it.Now I am bringing that same discipline, client-first mindset, and outcome orientation into customer success and client engagement roles within health tech and healthcare-adjacent industries.
