Throughout my life, I\'ve always challenged myself. When they told me I couldn\'t participate in AFJROTC Leadership Academy due to asthma, I went anyways due to the belief in me by my leaders and still succeeded. When they told me I wouldn\'t graduate college or even go to college, I moved away that next year to a university and graduated with my Bachelors of Science. This drive and motivation have led me to do amazing things in my life that have impacted not only my life but the lives of so many others. As an award-winning collegiate non-profit leader, I have overseen events for three-hundred attendees, down to events with ten. As a Learning Ops Project Manager, I drove OKRs to completion by collaborating with global teams on learning and development projects within the Ads, Political and Commerce verticals of the Business Integrity Portfolio and prior As a Project Controls Manager, I was involved in every aspect of over a hundred tower development projects including reporting to the Fortune 500 managers directly producing results. I pride myself on my knowledge as a non-profit leader and an experienced project manager in the industry. Outside of the professional world, I love to be with friends, volunteer, dance, spend time with loved ones, and travel as much as I can. I\'m a hard worker, detail-oriented, confident, and only want to excel. I want to continue to beat those odds that have always been against me and continue to expand my knowledge and experience.    As of Oct 1st I’ve been promoted to project enablement lead at the GLO. I will be responsible for advancing project delivery best practices, mentoring project managers, and partnering with leadership to ensure alignment of delivery with agency strategy. I will also oversee quality assurance across the project portfolio, identify areas to improve our delivery success and continue to guide the successful delivery of key projects.
