About Chelsie Coll
I am a Human Resource Professional with over 10 years of experience in chemical, industrial and energy industries. I have my bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from California University of Pennsylvania, but when I decided that teaching wasn\'t for me I needed to see what else was out there. After sparking an interest in Human Resource I couldn\'t just stop there and I continued to get more hands on experience. Over the years I have been wearing many hats, including Executive Support of the Vice President of Human Resources, conducting employee orientation, HRIS, project management, health and welfare benefits and Talent Aquisition/sourcing. Currently, I manage the Contingent Labor Program at Covestro LLC. My goal is to network and connect with the brightest talent who are looking for new challenges, a great culture, and growth opportunities.
