My career path has been anything but linear, and I wouldn’t change it. It’s what ultimately led me to work at the intersection of clinical nutrition and marketing strategy.Before entering nutrition & functional medicine, I spent nearly two decades leading marketing and growth strategy across technology, media, and healthcare organizations, including serving as the senior marketing leader for a multi-location senior housing company. My work focused on translating complex information into clear, practical guidance for the people it affects.Over time, I recognized a disconnect between how health is communicated and how illness is actually experienced. That realization led me back to school to study nutrition (because it influences almost everything in human biology).I earned a BS in Nutrition from Bastyr University and am completing an MS in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine (expected June 2026) while pursuing Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credentialing through clinical residency at New Frontiers Clinic under the mentorship of Dr. Kara Fitzgerald, ND.My clinical interests include metabolic dysfunction, digestive health, and environmentally influenced illness. I use personalized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and functional laboratory interpretation to help individuals better understand their physiology and make sustainable changes.I am also the founder of Bio Harmony Nutrition & Functional Medicine, a practice centered on individualized, root-cause approaches to care.
