About Chelsey Whitcomb
Hello! I am a former teacher with 12 years experience teaching roughly 1,800 students who have come through my social studies classroom. In 2018 I also started my own business as a labor and birth doula further developing my skills as a lifelong learner and planner. I also built my own website for Doulightful Beginnings Birth Care. As a doula, I’ve attended 19 births in hospitals, homes, and birth centers in the greater Houston area and I love helping families discover all of the options they truly have during a pivotal moment in their lives. I am a skilled communicator with excellent presentation skills and a strong work ethic to get the job completed as efficiently as possible. These skills led me to a new role from June 2022 - March 2024 as a Senior Account Coordinator with RKD Group where I worked to produce Direct Mail to help non-profit organizations make the world a better place.
