ABOUT CHELSEY CHURCH

Mental health professional and content editor with a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of behavioral health, digital innovation, and systems improvement.My work spans telehealth, crisis intervention, content strategy, and program development—always with a focus on improving access to quality care for high-acuity populations.Most recently, I served as a Mental Health Technology Editor, where I led in-depth reviews of digital therapy and psychiatric platforms. My research emphasized clinical quality, user experience, and accessibility—helping individuals find evidence-based care that met their unique needs.Previously, I worked as a Complex Case Manager at Cerebral, providing remote support to clients facing PTSD, suicidality, and co-occurring disorders. I helped launch two high-acuity care programs, delivered crisis stabilization in real time, and collaborated with clinical leadership to improve engagement and retention through structured workflows.Earlier, I held a leadership role with Camelot Care Centers, overseeing case managers serving foster youth and families across East Tennessee. I led trauma-informed training, ensured compliance, and supported team performance through reflective supervision and policy development.With a background in I-O psychology, I bring a systems-level mindset to behavioral health—combining clinical insight, program design, and content creation to improve outcomes and bridge the gap between people and the care they need.
