I’m the Chief Experience Officer at Phonexa and Valid Record, where I lead customer experience, onboarding, and long-term client success across performance marketing, lead generation, and data validation.I’ve spent my career working closely with buyers, publishers, media teams, and product teams to make sure technology actually works the way people need it to. My focus is helping companies scale without breaking their workflows, their data, or their relationships.At Phonexa, I oversee onboarding and customer success globally, making sure clients are set up correctly from day one and supported as they grow. At Valid Record, I work closely with partners and clients on data integrity, fraud prevention, consent verification, and identity signals that protect revenue and improve lead quality.I’m hands-on, detail-driven, and big on communication.
