About Chelsey Kay Bridgeman
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently living in WA State. I have been certified since November 2018 and in the field since February 2013. I have experience working with children from 18 months to 15 years of age. However, the majority of learners have been aged 18 months to 5 years. My learners have had needs which vary from increasing functional/effective communication, learning emotional regulation strategies and replacement behaviors, and how to build conversation skills with peers amongst a variety of other skills. I have experience working with various AAC devices as well as implementing PECS programming. I have worked in the clinic, home, and community settings. I have run and scored the VB MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and EFL with learners. I have experience analyzing various other assessments (Vineland, PSI-4, PDDBI, FAST, MAS, CIFA, SRS2, and QABF). I have experience with several data collection software (ABPathfinder, Central Reach, Skills, and Rethink). It is a priority for me have work life balance which includes but is not limited to: flexibility in schedule and use of PTO, manageable caseload size, pay commensurate with both billable and non-billable hours worked, at least 80% of overall weekly billable hours before 3pm (my time zone when working remotely), collaboration across all team members (family, RBTs, Clinical Director, BCBA/BCaBA colleagues, etc.), use of bidirectional feedback, and perspective taking of all parties invested in the treatment plan. My goal is to gain the skills and insight I need in order to help my learners be successful in their homes, schools, and communities to effectively increase quality of life and personal independence. In my personal time I enjoy: spending time with my daughter and husband, walks in the woods/by water, studying metaphysics/spiritual topics (i.e. astrology, tarot, reiki, etc.), spending time with my fur & plant babies, going to hockey and baseball games, yoga, kickboxing, finding new local breweries and eateries to try, and listening to true crime podcasts. I hope to be a coach one day (I’ll probably start with T Ball, rugby, or pee wee basketball 🤷) and maybe have time to volunteer in some capacity for a local animal shelter or hospice care.

At Eagles Will ABA we provide home and community based services for all ages. We complete caregiver training at least bi-weekly and value involvement and collaboration with families to increase better outcomes. Each learner has an individualized treatment plan, programming, and behavior reduction plan. Plans are created in collaboration with caregivers and other stakeholders (i.e. medical care provider, OT, SLP, IEP team, etc.). We use CentralReach to program and collect data and pull all data in from the learner tree to create Treatment Plans. We use Microsoft office products to disseminate and share information as well as to communicate via email, HIPAA compliant video meetings, and HIPAA compliant chat.
