About Chelsey Jackel
As the senior designer and creative director at Xced Design Build, I have the joy of leading our company vision while focusing on all walks of transformation with our clients and our in-house teams. With 10 years of experience in construction and 12 years in design, my repertoire includes successful relationships and beautiful remodels from new home-owners, to experienced working professionals. As the main contact for our clients, I take the approach of strong communication and detail oriented tasks towards the design vision and follow that up with strategic support for production. My other passions include, dance, as a previous ballroom instructor learning how to navigate personalities and strengthen relationships without words; personal and team growth training, where I lead teams and individuals towards personal and interpersonal success; and of course, making intentional time for me and my family!
