I lead a team of professionals that supports the Community Standards Branch\'s operations by preparing reports, responding to public inquiries, conducting research, developing policies, and performing data and crime analysis. Our goal is to facilitate clear and concise communication with City Council and the public, enable policy improvements and inform evidence-based decisions. Previously, prior to a reorganization, my team also included a number of professionals responsible for community relations for the Branch and who supported corporate communications and engagement in the execution of their campaigns.
