Currently, I lead strategy and growth initiatives at Kaiser Permanente\'s Mid-Atlantic States (MAS) and Georgia\'s Medicare lines of business. In this role, I focus on the planning and execution of growth strategy, member retention, consumer experience, and patient engagement. Concurrently, I drive strategic planning, multi-year planning, Group plan growth strategies, Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, business cases, retention analyses, new Medicare Advantage product launches, strategic operating plans, and care delivery facility engagement.
