Enhance methodology, tools, and standard processes to improve repeatability and predictability, driving continuous improvement in operations and customer experience delivery. • Identify opportunities to implement initiatives to increase speed to revenue while maintaining cost efficiencies, quality and customer experience. • Partner with sales team for visibility into pipeline, challenges, and shift in direction to adjust forecast & staffing model. • Design and establish new tools, methodologies, SOPs, necessary to support on-time delivery meeting customer expectations and needs. • Measure, monitor and report on performance metrics (e.g. time to revenue, customer experience, etc.). • Collaborate with product, development, conversion, and customer support to align on joint objectives that successfully support the delivery of products and services. • Participate in all programs and initiatives relevant to technology, to assess operational impacts and opportunities to evolve team, processes, and tools.
