Supports the Commercial Pharmacy Team by Conducting weekly partnership outreach/coordination.Assisting in microplanning to support the pharmacy partnership strategy for long-term care facilities (LTCFs) and the general population. Overseeing onboarding of LTCFs in the federal pharmacy partnership program by coordinating with partners through various mechanisms to reach LTCFs.Serve as the point of contact for questions and concerns from federal pharmacy partners.Obtain data and reports from federal pharmacy partners for consolidation.Other duties as assigned. • Monitor Functional email daily for incoming Documents for clearances and Cross clearances.• Ensure the appropriate communication networks and Planning documents.• Facilitate document that need clearance among various Tasks Forces within the CDC.• Review Documents and Request forms for clearance• Proactively assist Task Tracking functions with managing completion and tracking of all tasks• (e.g, requests for information and actions) assigned to principal functions from initial• assignment to completion. • Submit Documents for clearance to the propre ADS, Team Leads and Task Force • Manager cross clearance of: Abstracts, MMWR, Concept Approvals, Manuscript, Media Info, internal and external for CDC websites.• Seek Potential Candidates to serves within the Task Force.• Track Back Fills for Positions within the Task Force and the Team Leads Needs• Activate/Assigned Role within CDC Responder.• EOMS request for Functional email to new on borders.
