Oct 2019 — Present · Lexington, KY, US

GreekTrack is a SaaS platform that manages events, membership records, budgeting, and online payments for fraternities and sororities. In my role with GreekTrack, I partner with the National Offices that govern the individual chapters to determine if GreekTrack would be of value to their members. I walk through the analytics and reporting that the system can produce and make recommendations from our software offerings based on what the National Office needs. I also take feedback from clients and prospective clients back to our Product Team to inform future feature releases.
