ABOUT CHELSEA FOSTER
I graduated from the Institute for Rowing Leadership (23’) while I was working full-time at Community Rowing Inc. I’ve enjoyed speaking with other coaches of multiple disciplines to help deepen my growing knowledge of rowing and applying it with the athletes I coach. I’m looking forward to being a part of developing the CRI competitive teams. The philosophy I use with my team is, set goals, support each other to meet goals, surpass goals, and repeat.
