Designed, built, and launched the AI Learning Hub ServiceNow microsite containing KBAs, videos, and hands-on training experiences for both general AI and Microsoft Copilot. Designed and facilitated instructor-led IT and AI training programs for corporate and surgical facility audiences. Designed training for ServiceNow NowAssist and assisted in the implementation and launch of ServiceNow AI tools. Partnered with each department and region leaders. Advocated for the use of technology to enhance individual performance and productivity. Collected data to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI. Coordinated technology for in-person training.
