In my current role I am responsible for developing and overseeing the recruiting strategy for four North Carolina colleges and universities. In leading these recruiting efforts I plan and implement to full execution the campus in-person and virtual events needed to meet the hiring needs of the firm across all offices and practices.\\\\n\\\\nBy collaborating with these institutions and key KPMG stakeholders, I contribute to the recruitment of top talent to fill internship and full-time positions. My efforts include but are not limited to educating candidates on KPMG opportunities, building early recruiting pipelines, prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment and summarizing all trends and data to influence decision making.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
