I am an extremely proactive, motivated and sociable individual with extensive work experience and educational knowledge within the hospitality industry. While I possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities, my true passion is to provide every guest with outstanding satisfaction.I started with Greenwood Hospitality on the Renaissance Allentown Hotel\'s opening team as a Front Desk Associate. From there I was given the opportunity of Front Office Supervisor, Sales and Events Coordinator, Business Transient Sales Manager, and now Corporate Sales Manager. As the Corporate Sales Manager my focus is to target and obtain new local accounts, as well as build and maintain relationships with national and local corporate accounts for our 170 room hotel with square feet of meeting space. I am responsible for pricing, negotiating and managing all local and national corporate accounts, as well as corporate event needs, and act as liaison between client and management to ensure guest satisfaction while maximizing revenues for the hotel.The Renaissance Allentown Hotel is located in the heart of Allentown, Pennsylvania and it\'s revitalization project. Attached to the PPL Events Center and home to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the Renaissance provides a unique setting for corporate and social travelers alike. We are the only full-service Marriott hotel within 60 miles, and provide wonderful beverage and food options in our DIME Restaurant and culinary banquet team. The core of the Renaissance\'s lifestyle brand is to live life to discover. Our hotel was built on the grounds of the century-old Dime Savings and Trust building, and contains the façade of the original bank. Indigenous artwork created by local Valley artists is displayed around the hotel and reveal only a snapshot of Allentown\'s stunning talent.
