I\'m an ICU nurse by background. I started as a clinical liaison in Long Term Acute Care Setting, but over the past 15 + years have grown, and I\'m now part of Hospital Administration and the Director of Business Development for Kindred Hospital Houston Medical Center. Currently, working for PAM Health in Houston, Texas. There have been many changes in Healthcare over the past decade in the LTACH/Post Acute space that I have navigated through and adapted to. During my time as the Director since 2015, I have led up to six different Sales/Marketing teams at six other Kindred Hospitals in the Houston area. The golden rule I live by is always to put the patient first.
