About Chelsea Kasen-Kells
I’m an entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional with over 9 years of startup and project management experience. I’m known for unifying teams and leveraging team members’ strengths to help turn big ideas into even bigger realities. I’m passionate about radically candid cross-department communication, human-centered design and management, setting team members up for success, and meditating. I\'m currently working at Swivl as their Director of Marketing. I help craft the stories and content to share the learnings and observations the co-CEOs have gathered during their 12 years of business. We\'re on a mission to create an optimal future for humans in the age of AI. On the side, I\'m a consultant and coach for women-owned startups (Kasen-Kells Consulting). I work with women founders to help build out marketing strategies that tell their stories of transformation and success. I also help them and their team implement these strategies. During early mornings, nights, and weekends, you will see me building Meditative Coloring. Meditative Coloring uses the act of coloring to help people build emotional literacy. The key to living a fulfilling life is understanding the messages the emotions you’re feeling are bringing to your attention, and using this information to make more aligned decisions. Meditative Coloring does this. Since 2017, I\'ve been developing this technique. In late 2023, I\'ll be releasing the Meditative Coloring app, patent pending.
