ABOUT CHELSEA JO DIETZ

Chelsea is a marketing and communications professional with a passion for helping founders and executives find their voice, tell their stories, and push their industries and businesses forward. She launched her career with New Markets Group, a company that manages a global association of university research, science and technology parks. There she ran marketing and communications and worked with tier 1 research universities and the public and private sector to create communities of innovation. After gaining exposure to a variety of startups and entrepreneurs in that role, Chelsea joined a Series A startup called Airware as the 15th hire and first marketer and turned an unknown early-stage startup into one of the most well-known brands in the space. Airware was a pioneer in bringing commercial drone technology to the enterprise. Partnering with Fortune 500 and Global companies like Caterpillar, State Farm, GE, among others, Airware led the way in helping enterprises digitize their businesses with drone technology. Today, Chelsea is a proud mama of two boys. She works as a consultant partnering with founders and entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their marketing initiatives. She often serves as the first marketer at a team, building out positioning and messaging, creating sales materials, building websites, crafting thought leadership, and setting the team up for success as they make their first full-time marketing hires.
