Through my work in personalized nutrition, fitness, telehealth, and mental health, I\'ve used quality health communication to make an impact. I bring over 5 years of experience using motivational interviewing to deliver digital health coaching, with a strong emphasis on chronic condition management using a non-diet approach.In my most recent roles, I managed teams of dietitians and played a key role in building virtual nutrition programs.
