At Carder I work closely and negotiate fairly with top ASI/PPAI vendors sourcing the best product, with the best prices to meet our client’s budget and desired brand. Even negotiating special pricing with brand name retailers- I provide customized visual product presentations, creating art mockups with desired or required logo(s)- Logo merchandise and Logo development (keeping up with established corporate logo standards and guidelines)- Much of my participation and obsession at Carder includes creating, implementing, and streamlining SOPs according to the needs of the company and the client. I enjoy coming up with ways to make procedures better, more organized, and easier, producing more accurate results. But I also believe there is no perfect system. My favorite procedure to practice is common sense- I’ve created & customized databases for our client’s logistic instructions, freight forwarder & packer contact information, prohibited items, and export compliance/documentation requirements. Also collaborating with the team in creating a queue system for quotes, orders, follow up, and special projects- Client Engagement (CRM) is a valued practice at Carder. Through getting to know our client’s on an individual level I’ve developed an understanding of how to best meet their needs. This helps us in targeting great solutions that are suitable to their requirements while saving them time. Because when we save our client’s time we play a part in their very important role of implementing life saving practices- I love to take on and accomplish the difficult task that nobody wants! If you have a complicated or time sensitive request, I am the person to call- Export Compliance, Logistics Coordination & Scheduling is no problem for me! I\'ve spent years working closely with our client’s Packers & Freight Forwarders and have learned a lot from them- Traning/Mentoring New Employees- I’m also involved in Business Planning & Marketing Strategies.
