Achieve project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance, develop projects, manage costs, and monitor performance.Utilize an advanced and extensive understanding of theoretical project management concepts, principles, and practices to provide employees with training, performance evaluation, and direction under direct or indirect supervision.Act as the primary point of contact between the project management team and key business partners to ensure alignment of business objectives and resolution of business-related issues.Identify plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives, as well as recruit, evaluate, hire, and analyze performance to ensure the department\'s needs are effectively met.Submit project deliverables, ensure they adhere to quality standards, and prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Establish effective project communication plans, ensure their execution, deliver strategic direction, and evaluate organization-required project plans.
