   As the Product Engineering (PE) Communications Specialist I play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication within Product Engineering teams, and help ensure consistent Product communication with internal stakeholders and our customers. I work with Product Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Corporate Communications leadership to help facilitate the delivery of information to the right people, at the right time. This includes (but is not limited to):• Monitoring and managing communication channels (e.g, Teams, Haystack, Confluence, etc.) within Product Engineering to ensure efficient messaging, collaboration and alignment. • Collaborating with PE leadership to align communication strategies with organizational goals and priorities, then ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of information to relevant team members. • Crafting and disseminating clear and user-friendly roadmap and feedback-related communications to internal stakeholders and customers regarding product updates, features and enhancements, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
