   Managing a distributed team of 6 recruiters across the United States, primarily focused on sourcing team lead and tech lead-level back-end, full-stack, Android, iOS, and Machine Learning software engineers for Canada and US roles. Responsible for daily team coaching, career and semi-annual performance management/promotion cases, building for inclusivity, and middle of funnel program development/strategy. Successfully scaled cross-functional DEI program from 200 to internal recruiter users. This program serves to level the playing field for talent by arming candidates with direct weekly training to successfully pass Meta coding interviews. Involved in partnership with Engineering and Program Management in order for delivery. Serves candidates per year. Successful attendance yields candidates to be 2x more likely to pass coding round.
