ABOUT CHELSEA CROWLEY

As a United States Marine Corps veteran and driven business development professional, I bring a mission-focused mindset to the maritime and industrial supply industries. I thrive on building meaningful relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and connecting customers with the right solutions. Whether it’s ship chandlery, rigging, safety gear, or specialized project support. Before transitioning into maritime supply, I led fundraising and partnership development for a national nonprofit, refining my skills in relationship-building, strategic communication, and high-stakes project execution. That experience, paired with my military background, gave me the foundation to succeed in fast-paced, operationally complex industries. Now, as Business Development Director at First Choice Marine Supply, I support ports, contractors, vessel operators, and government agencies across the U.S, Caribbean, and Latin America. I’m passionate about solving challenges, streamlining procurement, and expanding partnerships in both established and emerging markets. While driving growth across five core divisions and supporting operations to ensure seamless service and delivery I believe in leading with integrity, learning continuously, and bringing value at every touchpoint. I’m always open to meaningful connections and conversations around cross-sector collaboration, business strategy, and long-term growth.
