Chelsea is a Seal Beach native to LA now Newport Beach resident that fell face first in the family office relationship world back in 2020 with a not so traditional finance path falling face first in the family office relationship world. She spent 3 years at a $550 AUM VC fund running investor relations and business development with a family office network. Last year, she and her partner, Paul Spradling, started a merchant bank, Cazaral, with three divisions: Special situations and debt restructuring Lower middle market buy / sell side An insurance dedicated fund for private replacement life insurance policiesShe continues to run business development filling the top of the funnel with opportunities from their combined network driven by referral / fee splitting. She hangs at the intersection of tech and investment banking, always open to hearing opportunities and helping others as she builds out her global network.
