ServiceTitan is a company that provides software solutions for the home service industry. It offers a comprehensive platform designed to streamline and manage various aspects of a home service business, including scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, customer management, marketing, and reporting. As the Program Enablement Manager, I focus my operations on learning and development operations throughout the enterprise. When I was initially brought on, I was brought on to lead the organization\'s sales enablement process. Due to my performance and organizational outcomes, I was promoted to direct the oversight and management of the enterprise’s sales development program from end to end, including, but not limited to overseeing boot camps, new hire training, and refining internal reporting systems after being promoted in Y’22 from Associate Manager. To strengthen the learning component of the role,I took the approach of designing and enacting curriculum and content management plans for training and developing leaders organizationally on topics that anchor to the support of people to deliver on their daily responsibilities and to nurture their growth. A means that allowed me to engineer’ data-driven measures to design new learning objectives. Accomplishment Include- Optimized hiring strategies to develop incoming and existing talent to ensure organizational compliance; onboarded and trained over 100 incoming Sales Development Representatives, an effort that allowed monthly cohorts to meet/exceed quota attainment within first 30 days- Implemented agile project management strategies to optimize program reporting rates.
