In addition to the Instructional Designer responsibilities, serves as a Lead on the Southcoast Training Team, which includes coaching, facilitation, development, and revision of Epic System training environment and curriculum, specializing in the Dorothy & Comfort application. • A liaison to the leadership, end users and committees, maintaining a current knowledge of customer ongoing needs and issues, current procedures, and use of information systems. • Additional responsibilities include analysis, build, upgrade and management of technology utilized within Southcoast\'s various software applications.(i.e. EPIC, LMS, etc.).
