Conduct one-on-one and small group (2-6 students) tutoring sessions for students in a wide variety of STEM subjects as well as Non-STEM (English, history, writing, etc)- Clearly communicate objectives for all lessons - Create lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each individual student- Utilize a wide range of resources to enhance lessons, interactable worksheets, online quizzes, daily flashcards, and paper exams- Collaborate with students and parents to determine students’ needs, develop individualized education plans, and assess student progress- Develop teaching or training materials such as handouts, study materials, or quizzes - 4.9 overall tutor rating from all students, I regularly manage 40-50 students in each regular semester and/or quarters
