I had the work ethic (and height) to compete at a high level, but what truly set me apart — on the court and now in my professional career — is my ability to be the glue that holds things together. As a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA-accredited), I apply evidence-based behavior change and coaching frameworks to help individuals and teams adopt new habits, navigate change, and drive sustainable performance.
