Responsible for (1) leading teams in identifying high priority strategic partners and donors, and developing and executing institutional engagement plans to increase influence, collaboration and revenue;(2) representing the Agency with priority donors, prospects and strategic partners;(3) developing standards of excellence in donor/strategic partner and prospect engagement, to bring in new partnerships to advance CRS’ Vision 2030;(4) working collaboratively across the department with business development and project support teams to deliver on the negotiated awards with donors and partners; and (5) leveraging existing portfolios to influence donor practice and policies as it relates to high priority sectors.
