Every carrier, client, and customer interaction is essential to us.As the Head of Talent Management for RLX, I am responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting for recruitment, onboarding, retention strategy, and organizational development for our growing organization. Additionally, I am charged with the development and implementation of creative talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives and activities, including community engagement and involvement. This position drives and oversees recruiting to ensure the Company hires qualified candidates in a timely manner by advising senior leadership in people policy and program matters as it relates to the recruiting function.
