I am Vice President of Research Strategy at Veris Insights, a market research consultancy firm dedicated to helping University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders attract, engage, and recruit top talent. Building on 10+ years’ experience in empirical research and behavioral science, I apply a data driven, predictive analytics approach to uncovering key trends in university recruiting. I have a deep passion for training the next generation of business leaders and in addition to my work at Veris Insights, I am an award winning instructor of Negotiations and Business Ethics at the Wharton School of Business.
