I lead epidemiology and preparedness operations for a municipal public health agency, overseeing staff and advancing workforce capability, operational readiness, and cross-program coordination. My role integrates epidemiologic surveillance with emergency preparedness and response functions to strengthen situational awareness and data-informed decision support across the division.
