Led $180M CPFF proposal and coordinated with suppliers, internal leadership, and the USAF to ensure milestones were achieved per the defined timeline- Successfully negotiated the CPFF award with the customer and suppliers that exceeded NG Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) award and sales forecast - Execute and facilitate Strategic and Business rhythm for the RQ4 enterprise and USAF programs to support cost, schedule, and technical execution with integrated product team (IPTs), suppliers, and leadership- Responsible for risk, issue and opportunity (RIO) tracking and management via the TRIO tool. Drive internal requirements and guidance to IPTs to ensure RIOs are accurate to support successful program execution- Earned Value (EV) experience through cost, schedule, and RIO management to the program baseline. Weekly EV oversight and manage baseline changes through EVCRs, IMS and cobra- Brief various levels of leadership, stakeholders & customers on project status and process improvements- Coordinate quarterly onsite visits with customer resulting in program planning for repair inductions - Collaborate with Model Based Engineering team preparing MICAP forecast, resulting in Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to mitigate DMS & MS impacted subcomponents to maintain sustainability in the fleet- Staffing and demand planning with IPTs to ensure program staffing requirement are met, monitoring via staffing dashboards and weekly name runs including EP actuals- Manage government furnished material/property (GFX) by collaborating with IPTs and government property resulting in updated GFX reports provided to the customer- Support GSC changes in streamlining Purchase Order CLIN structure and removal of hold codes to result in mitigating invoicing issues and reduce repair turn-around (RTAT) times.
