ABOUT CHELSEA LARSON
My background is in Human Resources, where I’ve spent years working in the details: building processes, creating structure, and supporting people through clear communication and practical guidance. While much of my work has centered on HR systems and management, what I’ve valued most are the conversations that happen alongside that work. I’m especially drawn to understanding how people experience their work, stress, transitions, and what helps them feel grounded and supported day to day.I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, driven by an interest in the connection between mind, body, spirit, and environment. I’m drawn to work that encourages reflection, awareness, and a deeper relationship with oneself and the world around us. As I move through this program over the coming years, I’m excited to learn, explore, and thoughtfully integrate these perspectives.
