As the sole Training Content Developer and LMS Administrator, I managed all aspects of training design, development, and delivery for the company- Designed and launched a complete overhaul of the Sales Representative onboarding program, increasing employee satisfaction and earning recognition from executive leadership- Created blended learning experiences combining instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, and Google Suite- Produced facilitator guides, job aids, and technical documentation to support onboarding and skill development- Built and administered the company’s Reach 360 LMS, handling course uploads, quality assurance, user management, and reporting- Developed a new hire Slack Channel and Canvas to centralize communication and resources between new hires, managers, and the onboarding team.
