ABOUT CHELSEA GOLDINGER

I have over 11 years of experience in government relations, public policy, and operations, with a background that spans the public, private, and tech sectors. I currently serve as Chief of Staff to the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief External Affairs and Growth Officer at Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 company and the nation’s largest producer of carbon-free energy.Previously, I served as Senior Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where I oversaw the operations of 68 field offices nationwide as a Presidential appointee. My public service career began in public engagement at the New York Department of State and continued as Operations Director for NYC’s COVID-19 Test and Trace Corps, leading vaccine and school testing outreach efforts.In the private sector, I spent three years as a New York State and New York City lobbyist at Kasirer, the state’s top government relations firm, representing corporate clients on legislative matters. I also worked in tech as Political Programs Manager at Amazon, overseeing public policy programs across North and South America, with a focus on the East Coast and the launch of Amazon’s East Coast HQ.I thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I’m a systems thinker and operations strategist who loves building teams, programs, and processes from the ground up.
