As a Sr. Operations Manager, I am responsible for building key process optimizations that empowers ESSC\'s People Services team to scale through growth using business insights and creativity that drives strategic change. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, I partner closely with cross-functional leaders to design and improve workflows that the team relies on to execute high-quality and proactive results for our Associates. I interact regularly with Associate Experience, Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications teams.
